Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the maintenance of financial records for accuracy and compliance.
- Process invoices, expenses, and payments in a timely manner.
- Reconcile financial statements and reports for discrepancies.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Help with financial analysis and data interpretation.
- Maintain an organized financial filing system.
- Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal departments to resolve financial queries.
- Utilize financial software and tools for streamlined operations.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations.
- Contribute to the optimization of financial processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with the finance team to meet departmental goals and targets.
- Stay updated on financial regulations and industry best practices.
- Play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health and success of the company.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance and or any Business related course.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proactive problem-solving attitude.
- Knowledge of financial principles and practices.
- Prior administrative and or bookeeping experience is a plus.

- Salary package will vary depending on experiences and skills.
