Admin and Finance Assistant [Philippines]


 

Derma Roller Philippines, a dynamic and rapidly growing company established over the years, is seeking an Administrative Staff to join our team. As an Administrative Staff member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business by providing essential administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the maintenance of financial records for accuracy and compliance.
  • Process invoices, expenses, and payments in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile financial statements and reports for discrepancies.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Help with financial analysis and data interpretation.
  • Maintain an organized financial filing system.
  • Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal departments to resolve financial queries.
  • Utilize financial software and tools for streamlined operations.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations.
  • Contribute to the optimization of financial processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to meet departmental goals and targets.
  • Stay updated on financial regulations and industry best practices.
  • Play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health and success of the company.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance and or any Business related course.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proactive problem-solving attitude.
  • Knowledge of financial principles and practices.
  • Prior administrative and or bookeeping experience is a plus.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Salary package will vary depending on experiences and skills.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
